Conflict is a part of life. Whenever humans work together, the potential for conflict exists. Explore a foundation to discern between healthy and unhealthy conflict along with sources of conflict in teams. Attendees will learn foundations upon which to build, followed by strategies and executable tactics. Be a part of a discussion on the underlying psychology, including the types of conflicts and their cause. The speakers will describe their four pillars of communication that allow the development of resolution, and they’ll review Kilmann’s Model for handling conflict. Also, learn about the CALM method provide of providing leadership in these circumstances.
